2. Package expires at the time of delivery or estimated due date, whichever is earlier.

3. Package excludes

Any send-out tests (such as but not limited to blood tests, ultrasound scans, CTG tracing).
Any consumables as determined by the clinic as chargeable.

Includes:

Ovulation-induction Medication (Limited to 10 tablets of Letrozole 2.5mg or equivalent)

Three Consultations and Ultrasound Scans

Laboratory processing fee for one semen sample
